Our beach house photos are current, and we update this web page when changes are made, i.e. new furniture, new paint, and etc. Tenants accept this property as described and hold the Owner harmless for any discrepancies upon taking occupancy. We make every effort to maintain each unit to the best of our ability. In the event of malfunction of any appliance, every effort will be made to have repairs made as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for inoperable equipment. This beach house is maintained by the owner, you may call him at the phone number on your invoice for any needed attention. The rental units are decorated to the taste of the owners. Both units are provided with central air conditioning, television, linens and dishes.
