We accept Visa and Master Card for deposits. Cashier’s check or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will refund your deposit minus $100 processing fee, as long as you are canceling outside of your 30 day arrival date. Any cancellations made inside the 30 days, we will refund payment as long as the reservation date is relet under the same conditions.

All rents and taxes are due 30 days prior to occupancy.

6.5% sales tax and 4% resort tax and the $75.00 cleaning fee are included in Total Price.
