I want to thank you for taking the time in reviewing my vacation rental located on Anna Maria Island directly on the Gulf of Mexico, I have been in the rental business since 1988 when I purchase my first 2 beach houses, over the years I have performed the tasks as an rental agent since the age of 11 when I started working on my Uncles various properties around the Island.

I came to America on Sept. 3rd 1967 from Wroclaw, Poland as an adopted orphan. I have lived in Bradenton Beach and owned various properties in Manatee County and throughout this great Country, some of which I still own to this date. Until recently I have been a sitting Board Member on the City Planning and Zoning Board for over 15 years. I am very fond of the opportunity to have grown up in this quaint town.

My philosophy is the client sets the mood of the experience. You may relax quietly and do nothing, maybe just sit and enjoy the turquoise waters from the porch, or you may want to experience all this Island has to offer.
